Martin David Holley (born December 31, 1954) is an American prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Memphis in Tennessee, from 2016 to 2024, when he was removed by Pope Francis for financial mismanagement of the diocese. Holley previously served as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C., from 2004 to 2016.
