WebJun 18, 2013 · I just uninstalled, deleted the various game folders, then reinstalled and restarted without cleaning anything with FO3Edit. I don't love restarting, but it's better to restart early on than to have to restart way later after finding whatever glitches I would find by having cleaned the DLCs. As a general rule you can put the new mod after all of those in the guide but that doesn't mean you won't have to check for compatibility and maybe put the plugin in a specific place in the load order.
