Whether you are welding Inconel Alloy 625 ( most likely you are ) or Alloy 600 / alloy 686 / Alloy 800 / Alloy 825 etc ) to carbon steel, the proper filler is Alloy 625 (called Alloy112 in stick electrode form ) which is a AWS ENiCrMo-3 . This is a very common filler. Just look for the AWS classification.
